WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?

Along with a smile and positive attitude, a yoga mat, bottle of water and a sweat towel is all you need to bring to each class with you.

ARE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR PRE & POST NATAL CLIENTS?

Yes! Our classes are absolutely safe for pre natal clients past their first trimester. Like all exercise classes, there are modifications to certain exercises so they are completely safe for you and the baby. Post natal clients can commence or return to class usually after 4-6 weeks. Listen to your body and talk to your instructor to ensure care and safety at all times.

WHAT AGE ARE YOUR CLASSES SUITABLE FOR?

There is no limit on age for her our classes, however we do highly recommend that participants are over the age of 14 years.

I AM RECOVERING FROM INJURY AND AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF WITHOUT ANY EXERCISE. ARE YOUR CLASSES SAFE?

Our classes are not only safe for you, but our instructors are trained to assist you on your road to recovery with modified exercise.
